Through a long planning process given its Green belt and conservation status, we were proud to receive full plans submission for a timber and glass dining room extension as well as a new master bedroom suite. This project has subsequently been in several national magazines.
A contemporary double storey extension built to the rear of an existing semidetached cottage was completed in early 2019. The planning process was complicated due to the constraints of the site and its green belt status. however, the hard work has really paid off and totally transformed the house.
Cole Green, East Hertfordshire
Previous extensions and refurbishments made gaining planning permission for extra bedrooms and living space almost near impossible. However, after successful negation with the local authority we received planning permission for a new 2 storey element and helped the client manage the build on site.
Grade II Listed cottage, Stanmore, Bedfordshire
Planning permission obtained for a double storey side/rear extension to an original 16th century building.
The extension has provided an extended family living space as well as a new bathroom/ensuite located on the first floor. This project was completed Summer 2018.
Grade II Listed Pub, White Horse, Ware
Planning was submitted for single storey, rear extension to an existing pub to provide a new dining area. This includes an additional extended kitchen and new toilet facilities.
In addition to this, Listed Building consent has been obtained for internal/external alterations to the existing building as well as new signage planning permission for the business.
