We are an energetic team of architects and designers based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire and Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, covering the homes counties, Cheltenham, Cotswolds and beyond.
We focus on delivering carefully created homes, based on the individual requirements of our clients. From complete builds to conversions, extensions and re-modelling what’s already there, our progressive designs focus on details, materials, and thoughtful spaces that work for you.

Our RIBA Chartered architecture practice thrives on providing high quality architecture and design. We use our experience to develop and deliver projects based around the clients’ aspirations and budgets. Using ever-evolving technology and latest construction methods to respond to each brief with originality and creativity. Rather than being constrained by project constraints, we think of them as design opportunities.
We split our work into the recognised RIBA stages. Our services include:
Developing a design brief, feasibility studies and establishing the viability of development, undertaking surveys, concept design work, preparing and managing planning applications, technical design (including building regulations) and managing construction on-site. Undertaking any of the above stages within a Traditional build or through a Design and build route as either client’s agent or contractor’s Architect.
Big enough to deliver, small enough to care
We keep our team small. This means we can bring a personal service to our clients, we get to know our clients and like to be on hand to help with any queries or worries. Our collective experience covering projects of different sectors, size, scale with varying constraints means no project is too small nor too big. Our exposure to different projects broadens our creative and technical ability, often applying strategies from different types of projects to help deliver on others.
Design ideology
No matter the budget or style of architecture required from the design brief; our goal is to create well-crafted spaces. Connecting internal space to the wider world, creating spaces full of natural light, bringing a sense of joy and comfort to the space.
In working collaboratively with our clients, we take their briefs and use our experience and creativity to positively design and develop schemes that are bespoke to them. Designing space fit for the end user, our clients!
Commercial Architecture
The company has the advantage of having a mixture of experience working on a number of commercial projects as well as residential. As our practice has evolved, we have been able to utilise the experience gained to provide commercial solutions both at the design and delivery stages. These projects include, leisure, retail, office and industrial. The key to any successful commercial project is rather the same as a residential project. We must know the client, to determine the brief to deliver.
Heritage & Listed Architecture
Our office locations have meant that we have been involved in many heritage and listed projects since our establishment that need the approval of not only the local planning authorities, but also their heritage teams.
We have been fortunate to have worked on some truly beautiful Listed homes, in the home counties, London, Cheltenham and Cotswolds.
